Refunds Policy


Shipping

All Australian and International orders will be shipped via Australia Post and we always ship using a traceable method.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day, where possible.
Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.
MintLimeBlue takes no responsibility for orders once they have been dispatched.

 

MINTLIMEBLUE’S Online Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your online purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you can return or exchange the item/s you've purchased. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item you have purchased is faulty.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you received the product. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame. 

If you intend to return/exchange an item, please email us with your intentions before you post to us.

Once we have received your return/exchange, on inspection we will notify you via email. All refunds will be automatically refunded to the service via which you have purchased.


If the item is Faulty

We apologise if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault to sales@mintlimeblue.com for further inspection. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation for which may include a replacement, refund or credit, depending on available inventory on FULL priced items. 

*Sale items are non refundable unless they are deemed faulty. We only offer exchange on Sale items.
